It’s gone cloudy
We weren’t sacrificed by the druids last night, and woke up to the sound of waves and seagulls in our cliff top cottage.
(There was a very strange bunch assembled higher up from our lighthouse cliff sat watching the sun go down, no one speaking, and all facing outwards in a circle).

Ilfracombe
The first place we went to was the nearby metropolis at Ilfracombe. We had coffee and milkshakes before investigating the Tunnels Beach . However as it clouded over, and as James got more and more in need of sleep (i.e. starting misbehaving), we opted to return to yesterday’s tried and tested at Woolacombe.

We’re online in Diva on West Road, and James is asleep in the car supervised by Grandma.
As well as all of the Fish-and-Chips-and-Fags brigade, there are mercifully surfers bringing a bit of variety and youth to the North Devon resorts… and whilst Californian cuisine still doesn’t appear to have travelled round the world with the surfers, there are some new fangled bits of technology like Eye-Ball Surfcheck which are part of the modern age.
